Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed on www.chezlavaux.com or through our Instagram and Facebook pages (chez Lavaux's). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Our products
We sell original designer, niche and Arabic perfumes only. Product photos are for illustration; packaging may change slightly between batches from the manufacturer.

2. Prices and offers
Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). We may change prices or end an offer at any time; the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay. Offers such as "buy 2, get the 3rd free" apply automatically at checkout, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and the free item is the lowest-priced one.

3. Orders and confirmation
After you place an order, our team or our courier may contact you to confirm it. We may cancel an order that cannot be confirmed, an order with clearly incorrect information, or an order affected by a pricing error, and we will refund any amount already paid.

4. Payment
You can pay cash on delivery or by the payment methods shown at checkout or after courier confirmation (card, installments, InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, when available).

5. Shipping and delivery
We deliver across Egypt through our courier partners. Delivery times shown are estimates and may change during offers, holidays or courier delays. Please check the package with the courier before signing for it when possible.

6. Returns, exchanges and refunds

7. Authenticity
All our perfumes are original. If you have any doubt, contact us before using the product so we can review it, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, place false orders, or copy our content, photos or brand for commercial use without our written permission.

9. Privacy

10. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Egyptian consumer protection law.

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
