Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At chez Lavaux's every perfume we sell is 100% original. If something is not right with your order, we will make it right.

1. Wrong, damaged or defective items
If you received the wrong product, a damaged bottle, or an item with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and the box. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we cover all shipping costs.

2. Returns (48 hours)
You can return a product within 48 hours of delivery if it is unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging with all accessories and gifts.

3. Exchanges (14 days)
You can exchange a product within 14 days of delivery for another product of the same or higher value (you pay the difference), as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.

4. Items we cannot accept
- Perfumes that have been opened, sprayed or used, unless they are defective or not original.
- Items without their original box, seal or included gifts.
- Products bought during clearance offers marked as final sale.

5. Authenticity guarantee
All our perfumes are original. If you have any doubt about the authenticity of a product, contact us before using it and send photos of the box (bottom side, barcode and batch number). We will review it and, if there is any problem, replace it or refund you in full.

6. How to request a return or exchange
Send us your order number and photos on WhatsApp or Instagram Direct (@perfums_chez_lavaux). Our team will confirm the request and arrange the courier pickup. Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

7. Refunds
Approved refunds are sent within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the product, by InstaPay, Vodafone Cash or bank transfer. Orders paid by card are refunded to the same card.

8. Shipping costs
If the return is because of our mistake (wrong, damaged, defective or not original), we pay all shipping. For other returns and exchanges, the customer pays the courier fees.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

كل منتجاتنا أصلية 100%.
• منتج غلط أو تالف أو فيه عيب: كلمنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع رقم الأوردر وصور، وهنبدّله أو نرجّع فلوسك كاملة وعلينا مصاريف الشحن.
• الاسترجاع: خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام، بشرط إن المنتج مقفول ومتغلّف بالسيلوفان ومع كل الهدايا.
• الاستبدال: خلال 14 يوم من الاستلام بمنتج بنفس القيمة أو أعلى (بتدفع الفرق)، بشرط إن المنتج ما اتستخدمش.
• لا يُقبل استرجاع البرفان المفتوح أو المجرَّب، إلا لو فيه عيب أو مش أصلي.
• لو عندك شك في أصالة المنتج، كلمنا قبل الاستخدام وابعت صورة العلبة من تحت (الباركود ورقم التشغيلة).
• للطلب: ابعتلنا رقم الأوردر والصور على واتساب أو إنستغرام، ومتبعتش المنتج قبل ما نأكد معاك.
• الفلوس بترجع خلال 7 أيام عمل من استلام المنتج، على إنستاباي أو فودافون كاش أو تحويل بنكي.
• مصاريف الشحن علينا لو الغلط مننا، وغير كده على العميل.
